Description of measures and policies

GRICS is subject to the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector and places the utmost importance on confidentiality. To this end, a number of measures have been put in place. 

The Privacy Policy ensures the implementation of measures related to the protection of personal information. In particular, it provides for terms and conditions relating to:

  • The disclosure and use of personal information
  • The retention, archiving and destruction of personal information
  • The exercise of individual rights
  • The handling of complaints
  • Privacy Impact Assessments

In addition to the elements addressed in the Privacy Policy, GRICS has implemented several measures to enhance the confidentiality and security of the personal information it holds, including:

  • Physical security measures
  • Technological safety measures
  • Administrative safety measures
